About Boundary Farm Cottages

Our luxury holiday farm cottages and shepherd huts are located in the picturesque and tranquil surroundings of Boundary Farm only one mile from the historic market town of Framlingham and within easy reach of the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast. Ideal for couples, families and groups of friends alike, our properties accommodate from 2 to 18 guests.

Boundary Farm is set in six acres of gardens, woodland and meadows with a number of retired farm buildings. These have been sympathetically converted into three separate holiday homes which can be rented individually or in conjunction with each other.

Boundary Farm comprises the following luxury holiday accommodation all furnished and equipped to high standards:

- A charming four bedroom Victorian Farmhouse (sleeps 8) retaining many of its original features
- The Hayloft featuring lots of character, exposed beams and two bedrooms (sleeps 4/5)
- The Cart Lodge, cosy and comfortable, has one bedroom (sleeps 2), is all on one level and accessible
- Two fully equipped Shepherd Huts, connected to the mains and with en-suite showers, set in their own secluded grounds with views across the meadows providing glamping at its very best.

All the accommodation is set well back from the road that links Saxtead with Framlingham and there are public footpaths and bridleways nearby in abundance.
