Framlingham and District Business Association is a constituted not-for-profit organisation. We work alongside the Town Council, maintain close links with East Suffolk Council, local schools, clubs, voluntary organisations and members of the community. It’s all about bringing the town together for the benefit of everyone so Framlingham will continue to thrive and maintain its reputation as a friendly and welcoming place to live, work, and visit.

Through a busy programme and appropriate supportive links, the businesses of Framlingham and district are able to access advice, enjoy networking and take advantage of the promotion that a series of well-coordinated events affords the town.

The FBA have co-ordinated a number of events in the town in recent years, including The Great Framlingham Sausage Festival, Festive Christmas, and Heritage Open Day, also contributing to the Queens 90th Birthday celebrations. FBA will continue to support and promote relevant local events, to organise small events, and keep people posted about what is going on locally.

A close working relationship with Framlingham Town Council generates results on initiatives such as Free Framlingham Wi-Fi, Friendly Fram, CCTV and some projects that just keep the town looking great. It was the FBA that led on the project to have the brick roundel installed on Market Hill – a carefully considered community project that resulted in no parking spaces being lost.

The FBA’s commitment to the residents and all the community groups in Framlingham goes hand in hand with its desire to see all businesses flourish. Encouraging involvement of young people, bringing community groups together to collaborate on joint events and inclusion of as many people as we can is vital to building and maintaining this wonderful town.

Whether your business is a start-up, a well-established firm, or simply new to the Framlingham and surrounding area, trading locally or globally, based in the town itself or commuting in and out, this town means something to you and being part of FBA gives you the chance to put your company on the Framlingham and district business map. We do hope you’ll join us.
