Simply complete and submit the form below, we’ll issue you an invoice for the appropriate pro rata amount based upon the annual membership rate of £60 (or £99 if you join for 2 separate businesses, to do that please fill in and submit 1 form for each business). We review and renew in September of each year.

Once we’ve received your payment and checked your directory entry, your info will appear on the website and we look forward to welcoming you at a Business Association meeting soon.

By submitting this form, you’re making a formal request to become a member of the FBA and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of membership. This includes paying the annual membership fee, as set out in the Association’s Constitution here.

If you’d prefer to complete a hard copy, print and complete this form and then post it - along with a cheque for £60.00 made payable to ‘Framlingham Business Association’ - to FBA Administrator, c/o Charnwood Milling Company Limited, Saxtead Road, Framlingham, Suffolk IP13 9PT.
